I’m called to bring a little peace to the world. One of my favorite quotes is from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. He said “Let everyone sweep in front of his own door, and the whole world will be clean.” I can’t fix the whole world, but I can do my part and help others do theirs.

I help both Christians and non-Christians deal with all kinds of conflict. That may be at home, at work or at church. I offer training and education, coaching, facilitation and mediation.

A particular interest I have is working with families who are struggling with age-related issues. As our population gets older, increasingly adult children are called on to assist their parents. That’s not a role they are prepared for and it sometimes provokes conflict. I am well qualified to work with these families as a result of my many years working as a professional guardian.
