CONFLICT RESOLUTION FOR FAMILIES
Helping families deal with injury or illness of a loved one. Some families benefit from having who understands the challenges of dealing with a parent with declining capabilities. With assistance of a neutral facilitator, the family may prevent the crisis from escalating to a war.

CHRISTIAN CONCILIATION
Assistance is available for those who want to rely on Scriptural guidance to deal with a conflict in their life. The Bible has both fundamental principles and specific processes for dealing with conflict. A trained Christian conciliator can serve as a coach or guide.
DISPUTE NEGOTIATION
Mediation can help with a variety of disputes. That could include a dispute with a neighbor, a contractor, a landlord or someone who injured you.
DIVORCE MEDIATION
Assisting couples with the decisions necessary to complete a divorce. The mediator can help prepare the Settlement Agreement, with or without representation of an attorney.

I’m called to bring a little peace to the world. One of my favorite quotes is from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. He said “Let everyone sweep in front of his own door, and the whole world will be clean.” I can’t fix the whole world, but I can do my part and help others do theirs.
I help both Christians and non-Christians deal with all kinds of conflict. That may be at home, at work or at church. I offer training and education, coaching, facilitation and mediation.
A particular interest I have is working with families who are struggling with age-related issues. As our population gets older, increasingly adult children are called on to assist their parents. That’s not a role they are prepared for and it sometimes provokes conflict. I am well qualified to work with these families as a result of my many years working as a professional guardian. Here I am at One Senior Place for an information fair.
